Welcome to Royal Rentals. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our car rental services, tour packages, and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Rental & Tour Agreement

Driver Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driving license required
  • International driving permit for foreign nationals
  • Clean driving record preferred

Security Deposit

  • Security deposit required for all rentals
  • Amount varies by vehicle category
  • Refunded within 7-10 business days after return
  • May be used to cover damages or violations

Tour Booking Requirements

  • Valid identification required for all participants
  • Health declaration may be required for adventure tours
  • Minimum age requirements vary by tour type
  • Special equipment provided for certain activities

Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

Permitted Use

  • Personal and business transportation only
  • Must comply with all traffic laws
  • Vehicle must be returned in same condition
  • Regular maintenance checks required for long-term rentals

Prohibited Activities

  • Racing or competitive driving
  • Off-road driving (unless specified)
  • Transporting illegal substances
  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Subletting or unauthorized use by others

Tour Terms & Conditions

Tour Participation

  • Participants must follow guide instructions at all times
  • Safety equipment must be worn when provided
  • Respect local customs and cultural sites
  • No littering or damage to natural environments

Tour Modifications

  • Itineraries may change due to weather or safety concerns
  • Alternative activities will be provided when possible
  • No refunds for weather-related cancellations
  • Participants may leave tour early at their own expense

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

  • Payment required at time of booking
  • Additional charges may apply for extras
  • Late return fees: ₨500 per hour
  • Fuel policy: Return with same fuel level

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup/tour start
  • 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
  • No refund for no-shows
  • Modifications subject to availability

Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before tour start
  • 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before
  • 25% refund for cancellations 1-3 days before
  • No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows

Liability & Insurance

All vehicles come with basic third-party insurance. Additional coverage options are available. Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to traffic violations, parking tickets, and damage due to negligence. Tour participants are covered by our comprehensive liability insurance during guided activities, but personal belongings and equipment are not covered.
